Tribal Games is a game discovery and community platform built on the Solana blockchain. We provide tools to explore, rate, and interact with Solana-based games. We do not operate any of the listed games directly.

You agree not to use Tribal Games to engage in unlawful activity, manipulate rankings or hype scores through automated means, impersonate other users or entities, transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
5. Wallet Connection & Transactions
Connecting a wallet to Tribal Games does not grant us custody of or access to your funds. You are solely responsible for any on-chain transactions made through your wallet. Always verify transaction details before confirming.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on Tribal Games — except for user-generated content and third-party game assets — is owned by Tribal Games. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Third-Party Games & Links
Tribal Games links to and features third-party games. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, security, or practices of any third-party game or website. Use them at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of rankings or game data, or the availability of any specific feature. Crypto gaming involves financial risk — please do your own research.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tribal Games and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including financial losses related to games or tokens.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
